On October 29, 2020, the three-month intensive training work of Chengdu Yawang Hospital Company officially came to an end.

This training aims to strengthen employees' industry knowledge, improve daily work skills, and provide good software support for opening. With the strong support of hospital leaders and employees, the Human Resources Department, after designing interviews with hospital leaders and employees, determined a total of 16 courses in three series: "Hospital Decryption", "Workplace General Skill Forging" and "Core Business Competence Strengthening". The overall curriculum is designed and implemented in accordance with the logical design of "understanding (industry and strategic knowledge)-improving (common skills in the workplace)-strengthening (core business skills)".

In order to improve the training effect and ensure the quality of training, not only the leaders of the institute play an exemplary role, actively prepare and teach seriously, but also strive to enrich the form: hire professional external lecturers and use online courses with novel forms that can be reviewed repeatedly; in While paying attention to the dissemination of ideas and methods, more attention is paid to on-site drills. Through these forms of exploration, the hospital staff's interest in learning has been greatly increased, the quality of training has been guaranteed, and the knowledge and skills of the staff have been improved. This time, a total of 393 people were trained, with an average passing rate of 88%.
