From 9:30 to 17:00 on March 25, in the large conference room of the Shenzhen headquarters of the group, the annual series of group finance-securities knowledge courses officially started. All the staff of the group management headquarters, the securities affairs headquarters, the relevant employees of the capital finance headquarters, and all LaiShen temporary/expatriate/short-term training employees, as well as employees in related positions of affiliated companies participated in the training through the video system.
The first course of the series of finance-securities training: financial management basics and financial statement analysis, basic knowledge and basic procedures of Hong Kong listing, were trained by the group's internal lecturer-the executive vice president of the capital finance headquarters and the group president assistant. The in-depth and simple explanations of the two internal lecturers gave the non-professional employees who participated in the training have a preliminary understanding of the basic knowledge of financial management and financial statements, and they also have an outline of the basic conditions and procedures for the company’s issuance and listing on the Hong Kong stock market. Understand, and through the discussion and answering and closed-book testing after the training, the trainees can solve the doubts in their hearts and consolidate the training knowledge.
Training is one of the key points of the Group’s human resources work in 2018.
